生葉の摘み取り後約15時間ほど萎凋させてから作られた、ほんのり優しい果実や花香をまとわせた香りの良い爽やかな煎茶です

「萎凋」＝葉をしおれさせて香りの発揚を促す工程のこと

現在の煎茶の多くは鮮度を大切にしているため管理を徹底し萎凋させずに作られていますが、昔は管理があまく萎凋してしまうこともあったそうです。このお茶を作っている農家さんは昔のお茶の香りが好きだったことに気づき、今では珍しくあえて萎凋させてから蒸して作っています。

なので現在人気が出てきている香りに特徴を持たせようとして作られた萎凋香の強い萎凋煎茶に比べ、こちらはほんのりと優しい萎凋香をまとっています。

あくまでも煎茶に軸を置いて作られているので、飲みやすく飽きずに日々のお茶時間を楽しませてくれます。

農薬・化学肥料を使用せず山奥で自然に寄り添いながら作られている茶葉です

◾️飲み方の目安
・温茶　茶葉4g　湯温80℃　湯量180cc　1分
・冷茶　茶葉4g　湯温80℃　湯量120cc　1分　氷がたっぷり入った容器に注ぎ素早くかき混ぜる
・水出し　茶葉4g　冷水　水量200〜300cc　1時間

◾️ティーバッグの内容量について
私たちのティーバッグは湯量180ccに合わせてそれぞれ茶葉の内容量を決めています
180ccはマグカップ1杯分、小ぶりの湯呑み2杯分が目安です

※ティーバッグは植物由来のソイロンを使用しているため繊細です。タグを取るさいは優しくお取りください

This refreshing sencha carries a gentle floral fragrance, created by allowing the fresh tea leaves to wither for about 15 hours after harvesting.

What is withering?
Withering is the process of letting the leaves soften slightly to bring out their aroma.

Most sencha today is carefully managed to preserve freshness and is produced without withering. In the past, however, withering would sometimes occur naturally due to less strict handling. The tea farmer who makes this tea realized they loved the nostalgic aroma of the old days, and now intentionally withers the leaves before steaming—a rare practice today.

Compared to modern “strong withered-aroma sencha” crafted to stand out with bold fragrance, this tea offers a softly elegant withered scent. At its core it remains true to sencha, making it smooth, easy to drink, and enjoyable as part of your daily tea time without ever becoming tiring.

The leaves are grown deep in the mountains without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, in harmony with nature.

【Brewing Guide】

・Hot tea: 4 g leaves, 180 ml water at 80℃, steep 1 min
・Iced tea: 4 g leaves, 120 ml water at 80℃, steep 1 min, then pour over plenty of ice and stir quickly
・Cold brew: 4 g leaves, 200〜300 ml cold water, steep 1 hour
